Assessment has long been the most controversial and problematic piece of the triad, dictating and constraining curriculum, as well as teaching and learning, rather than serving as an ongoing support and barometer. An education revolution, driven by globalisation, new digital technologies, and the undeniable evidence that our current paradigm just isn’t working holds promise for radical improvements to assessment.
