Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM): assessment framework

The Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) is a regional assessment aiming at setting a common approach to assessing learning outcomes at primary grade 5 students. This assessment framework for the SEA-PLM assessment program outlines an approach to assessing mathematical literacy (Chapter2), reading literacy (Chapter3) and writing literacy (Chapter4). It also puts forward a conceptual framework for the context questionnaires (Chapter5).
