This report is a sequel to the 2006 report by the same author: "Learning Divides: Ten Policy Questions about the Performance and Equity of Schools and Schooling Systems". It is based on an assessment framework called Educational Prosperity that can be used to monitor the success of families, communities and public institutions in developing children’s cognitive skills and their social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
