Information for education policy, planning, and management: summary of the data capacity assessments conducted in the Philippines, Ghana, and Mozambique

Synthesis of three pilot assessments (Ghana, Mozambique, Philippines) both to evaluate the countries’ data systems and to determine whether a standardized approach to such assessments can be made into an easily replicable tool.
