Using the Data for Systemic Quality Improvement

All of the detailed work that goes into developing and measuring education quality indicators has a definite purpose: it must be analysed and used to inform strategies for improving learning outcomes. All too often, the rich insights such data can provide remain unexploited, or reports are produced without ever becoming well-understood and integrated into the decision-making process.
